You can cancel your requested order up to the meal ordering cut-off time which is generally 90 MINUTES before your boarding time. You can cancel out your order by calling our customer care number. You should cite cell phone number and order ID to cancel out the request. We can't cancel any orders after meal ordering cut-off time.
If the cancellation is made 90 minutes before your boarding time, and you have paid in advance on the web, we will re-credit your full bill amount to your account within 14 days.
